About Me

Amy is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a wife, and a loving mother of two. She became a Health Coach to fulfill her desire to work with people to improve their health and family life. Amy received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and business development. She is also an educator and holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology. Amy offers individual health and nutrition coaching.  With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
